• Private equity sponsors include Pine Brook Road Partners and Camcor Partners (initial investment July 2013)
• On April 15, 2021, Saguaro completed a disposition of a 50% working interest in all its assets to Tourmaline Oil Corp.
  • Operatorship of Saguaro’s assets was transferred to Tourmaline
  • Expect material improvement in capital and operating costs due to economies of scale and load-levelled drilling program
  • Joint development program began in June 2021
