Our Operations

  • Saguaro established a large strategic land position in the NE BC Montney, a world class oil and gas play with leading supply costs and economics
    • 50% non-operated working interest in 165 contiguous sections (114,094 gross acres) with Tourmaline as 50% operating partner
    • Liquids-rich stacked potential
    • Over-pressured with good permeability
    • Shallow depth (1,400-1,900 m) reduces drilling cost and improves economics
  • Significant long-term upside potential with a large inventory of 1,400+ liquids-rich Montney drilling locations
  • Executing a 17 well joint drilling program over a 12 month period (April 2021 to March 2022)
    • Capital is allocated to low risk development and is expected to create significant production growth and cash flow
    • Development program is designed to rapidly grow production to fully utilize Saguaro’s and JV partner’s existing infrastructure while maximizing operational cost efficiencies
    • Following the completion of the 17 well development program, approximately 8 to 9 wells are required annually to maintain production
  • 50% non-operated working interest in infrastructure including:
    • 140 MMcf/d compression and dehydration facility with amine and condensate stabilization capabilities
    • 12″ gathering system sized to fully support future growth across existing land base
